LOGGING INTO YOUR  Telehealth Appointment

1. Sign into your Simplex Portal account at  PORTAL.SIMPLEXHEALTH.COM

2. You will see at the top of the screen that your appointment with your Dietitian is starting soon. Please click into the blue banner. This will take you to the TeleHealth Session!

**Make sure your laptop has a microphone and camera enabled (you can test this by going to Settings>Test Video Chat)! You may need to download a zoom plug-in for your computer in order to access your telehealth session. This may also require you to restart the computer, so give yourself an extra couple of minutes before your first session! ***


***If accessing through mobile app, you will need to download the Zoom app (more information here)***

3. That’s It! You will see your Registered Dietitian on the other side of the screen. If you have issues, reach out to your Dietitian or info@simplexhealth.com or call 877-842-2425. There is also a chat screen on the right.
