SIMPLEX HEALTH WELCOMES NEW REGISTERED DIETITIAN

Ambler, PA—Simplex Health, a progressive insurance-funded medical nutrition therapy practice welcomes Rachel Lee, a Registered Dietitian now working with patients virtually and in-person at Simplex Health offices located throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

Rachel joins Simplex Health after completing her clinically intensive dietetic internship with Drexel and the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). Rachel has a passion for integrative medicine since she was raised in a family who uses both "Eastern" and "Western" medicine. She is excited to continue to learn more about both sides of medicine while bringing the best of both worlds together for her patients.

"Though newer in the field, Rachel brings the exact mindset of a Simplex Dietitian. Willingness to learn, challenge the status quo and immerse herself in the research of nutrition science," said Founder & CEO, David Rambo "Rachel's professional, yet relatable disposition will help Simplex bring the functional nutrition model to areas that have yet to experience its profound impact by educating and empowering patients."

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Drexel University and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Rachel currently sits on the International Board Certified Lactation Examiners (IBCLE) 's Exam Development Subcommittee (EDSC) where she takes part in writing future registration and licensing exams for lactation consultant candidates.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys to cook, read a good book with some tea, and spend time enjoying the outdoors.
