Patient Success Coordinator

Job Description:

Our Patient Success Coordinator will be the key connection to our patients. He or She must have strong phone and computer skills with the ability to learn quickly. This position must also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as high adaptability to our fast-paced, rapidly growing company. He or She is responsible for business process work as well as special projects, including billing assistance, client relationship management, quality monitoring. Computer proficiency mandatory: use of MS Word, Excel, Office and GMAIL calendars, and ability to learn healthcare management software application necessary.


A successful candidate for this position must be willing to work independently. He/She must have a strong desire to assist in growing the office and providing quality care and top-notch customer service to our patients. This position has the potential to grow to assist in the counseling of patients as well


Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between patients and insurance providers to ensure a seamless experience

• Counsel/answer patients in between appointments with our Registered Dietitians

• Assist in outbound patient calls and doctor referral scheduling

• Assist in business development & relationship management roles

• Perform general administrative duties including answering phones and verifying patient information

• Work on special projects as needed


Requirements:

• Health Coach or Integrative Therapist License or Certificate (either completed or in progress).

• Must have exceptional communication skills and be able to communicate with clients, families, patient care staff, and referral sources.

• Show a high level of care, compassion, understanding, and urgency to meet all of the client's needs.

• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and the ability to maintain a flexible schedule.

• Confidentiality is of the utmost importance and must be able to manage client privacy per HIPAA laws.

• Punctual and reliable attendance at work

• Ability to work independently on operational duties.
